Bala Designs offers full architectural oversight to take your design from concept to reality.
Design Development. Provide additional drawings, layouts and information to ensure the project is constructed by the contractor(s) in accordance with the finalized design.
Estimates. Procure estimates from various contractors.
Approvals. Provide design package for contractor to submit for approvals as needed.
Meetings. Onsite meetings for design check-ins with clients and contractors.
