Design Services
Our Process.
Bala Designs is a full service landscape architecture and design studio based in Denver, Colorado.
Consultation. An initial meeting to discuss program and goals. (Onsite or via video call). At this meeting we will determine the best design package for your project.
Site Inventory. We will take photos, measurements of existing elements, and grade information as needed in order to create a concept plan.
Conceptual Design. Development of a conceptual design based on consultation and inventory information. This plan will illustrate and site design elements and plantings. This plan also provides enough information to develop and preliminary budget.
Preliminary Cost Estimates. A preliminary budget will be provided.
Construction Phase. You may choose to hire us to continue construction liaison services at this stage.
